Form Field Multiple Labels
- What is broken
- A field has more than one label attached, and assistive tech has to guess which one to read.
- Who it affects
- Screen reader users reach the field with no idea what belongs in it, and voice-control users have no name to say out loud.
- How to fix it
- Give each form field exactly one label element.
