- What is broken
- The page has no title, so it is unidentifiable in tabs, history, and screen reader window lists.
- Who it affects
- Screen reader users navigate by headings and landmarks; when the structure is wrong they lose the map of the page.
- How to fix it
- Give every page a unique, descriptive <title>.
